Our consultants have many years of experience working with people from all levels and backgrounds in the Telecoms and IT industry. Our consultants have a mix of formal project management qualifications - including Prince 2 and Open University certificates.

In our opinion, apart from technical skills, a project manager should possess an ability to "see the wood from the trees", i.e. to be able to view the whole picture in a complex environment, and also demonstrate a commitment to support and encourage others on the team when difficulties arise, as they sometimes do.
