Non-Geographic Numbers : 0800 , 0845 Inbound Services.

A feature of our 0800 and 0845 numbers is they are available for permanent purchase or short to long term rental from us, allowing you more control of your costs.

You can keep your customers smiling with a freephone (0800) number! Calls are free to the caller. 0800 freephone numbers can offer advantages for handling incoming calls including multiple diversions / time of day routing / auto-attendant etc. Once you have an 0800 number, you do not have to change it, even if you move! We also offer 0845 numbers, these provide a cost effective way for UK businesses to manage their incoming calls. There are cheaper to run than an 0800 number as the caller bears a small cost for the call. They are frequently used for sales or ongoing support lines, as well as access for Internet Service Providers (ISP). Callers from fixed lines throughout UK are charged about 4p per minute daytime and 1p minute in the evenings (at BT rates - Jan 2007). Once you have purchased or rented the number(s) from us there are no call charges to you for inbound calls to a geographic number, although there would be a charge to other destinations, such as a mobile number. As with 0800 numbers, you can add extra call services to your 0845 number, from an answering service to a comprehensive virtual switchboard service : including multiple diversion / time of day routing / auto-attendant etc at an additional fee. We offer 0845 numbers to own outright or to rent. As indicated, any additional services are charged at a monthly fee, depending on the service chosen, this applies whether you buy or rent your number. We do not endorse the use of 0870 or 0871 numbers in UK, as (unlike 0800 or 0845 numbers) there is a clear dis-incentive for customers calling these numbers, due to their high charges on the caller. Thus, we do not supply these "087x" number ranges.   We encourage all businesses to boycott 0870 and 0871 numbers, as there is a clear advantage for businesses to use non-087x numbers, while it remains so uncompetitive for callers to dial 0870.... 0871....

We are not currently offering video conferencing products to buy from us "off the shelf", but we do offer consultancy to clients, and can direct clients to a number of equipment and software providers. We provide further details of this service here.
